BOURBON OLD FASHIONED
Doc Pepe's Lab™ Barrel-Finished Old Fashioned is made using Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky, cane sugar, and Angostura® bitters. The cocktail is then infused with navel orange peels and tart Montmorency cherries and rested in Caribbean Rum barrels for 3 to 6 months.
The cocktail is bottled at cask strength and is recommended to be served on the rocks, but can also be stirred and strained similar to a Manhattan or Martini, and garnished with a cherry and an orange peel.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: vanilla, orange zest, holiday spice
PALATE: milk caramel, citrus peel, black cherry
FINISH: charred oak, cinnamon, clove
BOURBON MANHATTAN
Doc Pepe's Lab™ Barrel-Finished Manhattan is a classic blend Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky, Italian-style Sweet Vermouth crafted in-house, and Angostura® bitters. Once the cocktail has been mixed it is then transferred to used American port wine barrels for a period of 3 to six months.
The cocktail is bottled at cask strength and is recommended to be stirred briefly with ice and strained into a chilled glass, garnished with a cherry or lemon twist.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Amarena cherry, tobacco, chocolate biscotti
PALATE: root beer float, sweet caramel, aromatic barks
FINISH: peppercorns, black tea, coconut butter
GIN NEGRONI
Doc Pepe's Lab™ Barrel-Finished Negroni is made using London Dry Gin, Italian-style Sweet Vermouth, and Bitter Orange Liqueur, all made separately in-house before being blended together. Once the cocktail is mixed it is then transferred to ex-Bourbon barrels from Kentucky for a period of 3 to 6 months.
The cocktail is bottled at cask strength and is recommended to be stirred with ice and strained into a chilled glass, and garnished with a fresh orange peel.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Valencia orange, juniper, cascarilla bark
PALATE: red grapefruit, dark vermouth, black cherry
FINISH: caramelized orange peel, gentian, vanilla
RYE BOULEVARDIER
Doc Pepe's Lab™ Barrel-Finished Boulevardier is made using a base of Rye Whiskey from Kentucky blended with our proprietary Italian-style Bitter Liqueur and Sweet Red Vermouth. The cocktail is then rested in ex-Bourbon barrels for 3 to 6 months, which impart desirable vanilla and caramel notes, as well as create a velvety texture and complex bitter finish.
This cocktail is recommended to be stirred with ice and strained into a chilled glass, and garnished with a fresh orange peel or Amarena cherry. It is also great on the rocks, or with a large ice sphere.

NOSE: toasted cereal grains, rhubarb, candied orange
PALATE: ashes, roots, citrus peel, caramel
FINISH: gentian, baking spices, molasses
Introducing Cuvée Reserve, a special limited release bottling from Doc Pepe's Lab. Each Cuvée Reserve Barrel is never fully emptied, meaning that each bottle contains traces of every previous batch. The result is a drink with an incredibly rich, full bodied and complex flavor. Cuvée Reserve represents our ultimate expression of classic whiskey cocktails... savor accordingly.
Each bottle is sequentially numbered with the batch, barrel, and bottle information on the front of the bottle, with the final blend being carefully decided by cellar master Christian Pepe.
RYE OLD FASHIONED
"Cuvée Reserve"
The Cuvée Reserve Old Fashioned is made with Rye Whiskey from Kentucky, cane sugar, and Angostura® bitters in the classic Prohibition Era style.
This rich and full bodied Rye Old Fashioned earned 95 points and a gold medal from Beverage Testing Institute.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: caramel, fresh cigar, grilled peach
PALATE: vanilla cola, ginger, dark caramel, butterscotch
FINISH: milk chocolate, clove
RYE MANHATTAN
"Cuvée Reserve"
The Cuvée Reserve Manhattan is made using Rye Whiskey from Kentucky, Italian-style Sweet Vermouth made in-house, and Angostura® bitters, and is recommended to be served stirred with ice and strained into a chilled cocktail glass, garnished with an Amarena cherry or fresh lemon twist.

NOSE: dark chocolate, cinnamon smoke, vanilla pods, clove
PALATE: brown sugar, spiced apple, black pepper
FINISH: dark roast coffee, molasses, cardamom
